Porkchops and Sauerkraut
Boneless Pork chops (I use about 6-8)
Large can or bag of Sauerkraut
1 packet of onion soup mix (optional)
Place pork chops in crockpot and sprinkle with some salt and pepper to taste. Add Large bag of sauerkraut or can of sauerkraut with its juices. Add a little less than 1/4 cup water. Add onion soup mix if using Cook on low 6-8 hours. These come out tender and delicious. In many cases, I put the pork chops in frozen.
