Shelly's Belgian Goulash (Crockpot version)

In fry pan, heat olive oil and chop and cook 2 small onions and 2 peppers- can be green, yellow and/or red peppers
When onions are clear, add large package of beef cubes (stew meat) and brown- do not drain.
When beef is browned, add to crockpot along with several chopped carrots- or a large bag of baby carrots and large can of crushed tomatoes and 1 smaller can of diced tomatoes (You can eliminate the diced tomatoes if you like or if you don't want too much of a tomatoe taste...it is just as delicious without)
Add garlic, Italian seasonings, bay leaf and few
dashes of Worcestershire

Cook all day on low in crock pot so meat becomes very tender.

In Belgium, it is customary to serve this over oven fries. It is just as yummy alone (tastes like a tomato based beef stew), or you can serve over egg noodles or rice.
