Fabulous Pulled Pork (I got this one online but can't remember where. It is really yummy!)

You can use this for sandwhiches, or with flour tortillas for a mexican twist. Adjust the amount of "heat" by the amount of hot sauce that you add. Enjoy!

1 2-3 pound pork roast (any cut will work with this recipe)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup hot sauce (we suggest frank's red hot...can use more or less depending on your taste...if you use less, then add more ketchup)
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup worchestshire sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust this to your taste)
1 tsp garlic powder

Most of these amounts are really approximate....I rarely measure an exact amount. I simply put in enough to cover the meat. So, this really is a fool proof recipe, as you can adjust this to your taste. I did test this with these exact measurements, and it was FABULOUS! You can't mess this one up! Just put all ingredients into crock pot...cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. You'll know it's done with you can pull the meat with a fork.
Shred all of the meat using 2 forks to pull and your done!
Serve with a good Kaiser or Onion roll; or for a mexican flare use for burritos.
