So I was being the good frugal shopper I should be, and bought a bunch of chicken. Only to see that I had like no room left in the freezer, he he. So I decided to cook up a bag in the crockpot. I didn't know what to do with it. So I 'experimented' and it turned out sooooooo yummy. We have a recipe club in our church and I brought it there and everyone couldn't eat enough of it. I was shocked. So here it is:

Sasha's yummy chicken sandwiches

1 4lb. bag of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of broccoli soup
2 cans of fat free milk (the empty cans of broccoli soup- just fill them up with fat free milk)

Throw it all in the crockpot, mixing the ingredients together well. I threw it in before work. I work from 7-4 M-F. Then I came back and shredded up all the chicken, stirring the soup mixture with the chicken. (Don't be shocked when your soup is a little brown. It's okay. Just stir it up together.) Throw the mixture onto wheat bread and enjoy.

My daughter won't really eat chicken (picky toddlers, dang them). LOL! But she couldn't get enough of this. It is extremely cheap and easy to make. After everyone at church found out what was inside the mixture, they were amazed. Good luck girls. If you don't like it, that is totally understandable. We loved it.
