I know that this may not be the place for this but since you are all posting some awesome recipes for crock pots...I would like your input. What method do you use to clean your crock pot? I have the style that you can remove the interior canister but it is still a pain in the toosh to clean. Is there any hints from you crock pot divas as how to get a better clean on this item, or are they prone to staining? I scrub and scrub but stains remain. Help is appreciated.

I hate cleaning my crock pot liner. I filled out a request for those new crock pot liners which I'm hoping to get. If they work, I'll probably use them from now on.

I've started spraying mine with Pam before I put anything in it. It really does help!!
HTH!

The crock pot liners are by far the best invention EVER! You can usually find a coupon for
75 cents off too. Coupon or not, they are well worth the money. I don't think I have scrubbed my crock pot in months.

Spraying first with Pam works wonders for me! Much less scrubbing.

I spray with Pam first and let it soak a bit before I scrub it.

Crock Pot Liners ROCK! Well worth the couple of bucks they cost. I don't know what I'll do if they ever discontinue these...

The liners are so worth it! But before that I sprayed with Pam and it was easier to clean than if I didn't spray it!

We put ours in the dishwasher.

If we can't put it in the night it's used (and before wehad a dishwasher) we'd run it full of dish soap and hot water and let it set over night. Then scrub the next morning.
