I made this tonight for dinner and it was so good.I could eat it every day.I did change a couple things.I will post it at the bottom.

SWISS CHICKEN CASSEROLE-
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts(I am using boneless skinless chicken thighs),
6 slices of swiss cheese(I am using mozzarella),
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
1/4 cup milk,
2 cups of stuffing mix,
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted.
lightly grease crockpot,or spray with a cooking spray.place chicken breasts in pot.
top with cheese,
combine soup and milk.stirring well,
spoon over cheese, sprinkle with stuffing mix.
drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix,
cook on low 8-10 hours on a high setting.
in an oval shaped crockpot.

*I did not use any cheese,
*I used a little over 2 cups of croutons(can do homemade) I had in the pantry. They worked out great in it.

Where did you use the bread crumbs? In place of the stuffing?

Yes and I typed it wrong. It is croutons not bread crumbs.Sorry.I will go fix that now.You can make homemade croutons and it would be the same.
