I am just starting to get into crock-pot cooking, and I saw a recipe I would love to make tonight. Problem is, all my chicken breasts are frozen. Can I use frozen chicken in a recipe? How would that change it? Thanks for your help!

Oh, yeah, if it's gonna be in there all day, it will be fine to start w/ frozen, much easier!

I agree w/the others use frozen. Its so much easier. You just put them in there and you are good to go.

We make bar-b-que chicken and always use frozen chicken breasts.

Hello there, having just purchased a 6 litre crockpot, I tried making a chicken casserole (not with frozen chicken breast, though) and the chicken was as dry as a bone - what did I do wrong?
