This is what we had for dinner tonight....Amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. I doubled the ingredients, thinking that I would have some leftovers to freeze for another time, but no such luck with something this great!

I made this last night and it was awesome! My whole family loved it. I added a jar of sliced mushrooms and served it over egg noodles-so yummy! Thanks m2m

I made this this week and it was delicious! This will now be the way I make beef stoganoff instead of with cream of mushroom.

I made this last night as stroganoff is a comfort food for DH. We liked it. I'd make it again but would try it w/ light cream cheese and, if making a double recipe, would have one of the cans of soup be a low-fat mushroom. We put it over whole wheat egg noodles. I brought some in my lunch today.
