We are having this for dinner tonight! I'm looking forward to trying it! I'll post again later tonight to let you know how we liked it!

UPDATE: This was a BIG hit with the family! I loved it as did my DH, & kids! I served it over egg noodles. Delish! This is definitely a keeper!
