this makes the daughter AND the husband happy

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (11 ounce) can condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour crea

Rinse chicken, and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in slow cooker.
Mix together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and cream of Cheddar cheese soup,pour over chicken and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
Serve with noodles or rice.(and we like broccoli with it too)

I made this today. So easy and very yummy! I cut the recipe in half and diced up the chicken before adding to the crockpot. After it was done, I added the chicken cheese mixture to some cooked pasta along with a handful of peas and red bell pepper and a little shredded cheese. I baked in the oven just until bubbly.

I couldn't find the cream of cheese campbells soup. Do you think the regular cambells cheese soup would work? Also would it turn out if I skipped the sour cream? My DH is not a fan of sour cream. Thanks!

yes you'll be fine on the soup

and you just need to sub sour cream w/some milk...I'd try abut 1/2 c.
