2 8 oc cream cheese,softened and cubed
4 c Colby-jack cheese
1 c 1/2 and 1/2
2 Tbs mustard
2 Tbs finely chopped onion
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

Mix all and cook on low about an hour-hour and half till all melted stir to combine and serve with crusty bread or vegetable dippers.
