I made this today. Very easy and very creamy. My family does better with smaller chicken pieces rather than whole breasts. So I diced the chicken breasts up into cubes and threw into the crockpot. Then I cooked rotini pasta and added the creamy chicken and some broccoli. Very, very good!

Mmmm...this recipe is going on this weeks menu!!! Maybe I will make it tonight!!
