CROCKPOT CHUCK ROAST
3 LBS. CHUCK ROAST
1 PKG. BEEFY ONION SOUP MIX
I CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP (98% FAT FREE)
2 TBLS. BEEF GRANUALS
1 PKG. BROWN GRAVY MIX
4-5 CARROTS PEALED AND CUT INTO CHUNKS
4-5 YUKON GOLD POTATOES PEALED AND CUT INTO CHUNKS
3/4 CAN OF WATER
SALT
PEPPER
GARLIC POWDER
ONION POWDER
1 TBLS. OIL
DIRECTIONS:
TRIM YOUR ROAST AS BEST AS YOU CAN
SPRINKLE SALT, PEPPER, ONION POWDER AND GARLIC POWDER ALL OVER THE ROAST
ADD THE ONE TABLESPOON OF OIL TOO THE BOTTOM OF A FRYING PAN AND HEAT
BROWN ROAST ON ALL SIDES
ADD CARROTS AND POTATOES TO BOTTOM OF CROCKPOT
PLACE ROAST ON TOP OF CARROTS AND POTATOES
MIX IN A SMALL BOWL THE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP, BEEFY ONION SOUP MIX, BROWN GRAVY PACKET, BEEF GRANUALES AND WATER
POUR OVER THE TOP OF THE ROAST
COVER AND COOK ON LOW 8-10 HOURS OR ON HIGH 4-6 HOURS
