I am making this today..my house smells so good right now! I'll let you know how the family likes this one! I did add garlic poeder to this, we all love garlic and I figured the flavor would go well with it.

I make something similar, but I don't use peas in it, and I add chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup, makes such a good gravy, not the most diet friendly, but ya know!
