Crock Pot Country Chicken and Veggies

4 bone/skinless chicken breast,cubed
1 1/2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, cut in chunks
1/2 lb baby carrots
1 c chopped onions
2 pkgs chicken gravy mix
1 1/2 c water
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp sage
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1 c sour cream
Put chicken,potatoes, carrots and onions in crock.
Mix gravy mix with the next 5 ingredients until smooth.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove chicken and vegetables.
Whisk in sour cream,pour over chicken n veggies and serve.
