When should I add them? in the beginning with the carrots and potatoes or wait until half way. I don't like mine mushy. I prefer a slight crunch, kids prefer them just a tad longer so no crunch but still slighty firm.
I have never added them to roast but I have seen people post with them added. I tried doing a search but couldn't find it?
Help

I'd add them about 1/2 way...maybe even closer to 3/4 depending on how long total cook time is.
