For Ryan's Mom........


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom
1/4 cup milk
poultry seasoning
pepper
1/2 package pepperidge farms stuffing or similar cubed stuffing(made as package directs)

Place chicken in crock-pot, season with pepper and poultry seasoning. In a bowl mix the cream soups with the milk and pour over the chicken. In the same bowl make the stuffing as directed on the package( by adding water, broth, butter) adding a little poultry seasoning. Put stuffing in the crock pot, but DO NOT MIX with the soups and chicken, just lay on the top. Cook for about 8 hours or so on low or 4 on high...doesn't cook as well on high, the stuffing can get dried out.
