3 lbs red potatoes
2 lbs smoked sausage
8 oz cream cheese,soft
1 can cream of celery soup
1 oz dry ranch dressing mix


Spray crock w/pam.

Cut potatoes into wedges.
Cut sausage into 1/4" slices.
Mix soft cream chees,soup and dry ranch dressing mix. Pour over Potatoes and sausage.
Stir.Cook low 6-8 hours. :happy dance:

Mmmmmmm.......cant wait to try this. I have everything in my pantry but the sausage. Guess I will have to pick some up tonite for tomorrow!
