4 Meaty Chicken Breasts {i Put Them In The Freezer For About 15 Minutes, So They Are Easy To Cut}
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
6 Slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp, And Crumbled
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies, Drained
1 Tsp. Basil
1 Tsp. Oregano
Parmesan Cheese
Fry Bacon Until Crisp, But Not Burnt. Drain On A Paper Towel. Mix With Feta Cheese. Slice Pocket In Chicken Breast, Stuff With Bacon/cheese Mixture. Place In Crockpot. Mix Tomatoes, Tomatoes With Green Chilies, Basil And Oregano. Pour Over Chicken. Cook On High For 2-3 Hours, Monitoring Last Hour For Doneness. Do Not Over Cook. Sprinkle With Parmesan Cheese At The Table.
