8 oz. cooked elbow pasta noodles
4 c. (16 oz) shredded sharp cheddar (use what ever you have, we just prefer cheddar)
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Spray CP with non stick spray (or use a liner) and put in cooked pasta. Add all ingred. EXCEPT 1 cup of cheese. Sprinkle TOP with the 1 cup of cheese cook on low for 5-6 hours.

To make a meal out of this, add ham cubes and veg. of your choice along with all the ingred.

This one looks good. I have one (i think i even posted it too) that only takes 4 hours. Ingredients are a little different, but this one looks as easy as mine. You can never go wrong with dinner in the crock pot. Plus anytime you do mac and cheese without the gross flourscent powdered cheese is a winner with me!

Yeah, the powder cheese can't be all that great! I do use it once every other week or so, but I hear you about the "gross flourecent powdered cheese"! Every time I use It I try to add a little real cheese too. When I make the stuff from the box hubby ALWAYS drenches it in any sauce he can get his hands on...

that is so funny, I do the same thing. I dont eat the mac and cheese from the box, but the kids love it. So I will add in either a slice or two of velvetta cheese or a handful of shredded cheese. If I do that, I can handle a bite or two.
