Ijust got some peppers to make stuffed peppers!! I think I might try this..

do you think 10 hours is too long in the crock pot?? If I would do this during the week, it would be at the very minimum 10 hours that it would be cooking... I wouldn't want them to burn..

I have a warm setting on my crockpot...maybe I could set it on warm and let it cook.

What do you think?

Hi Lamby!!! I tried emailing you, I don't know if it went through or not {my computer was messing up} .....I have a Rival crockpot, and the warm setting gets REALLY warm, so if your crockpot is anything like mine, I think the warm setting for that length of time would work. But, I would hold off on the cheese and maybe melt that in the microwave when you get home.
Aliadam...I love stuffed peppers, too...I love orange and yellow bell peppers......:}
