3 {1.1 Oz. Pkgs} Hunter Sauce Mix, Such As Knorr
1 {11 1/2 Oz.} Can V-8
1 Tbs. Tomato Paste
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Celery Rib, Thinly Sliced
1/2 Pound Fresh White Mushroom, Sliced
3 Pounds Beef Steak, Trimmed And Cubed
2 Medium Onions, Thinly Sliced

In A Medium Bowl, Mix Together The Dry Sauce Mix, V-8, Tomato Paste And W. Sauce Until Well Blended. Set Aside.
In A 3 1/2 Quart Or 4 Quart Slow Cooker, Layer Onions, Celery, And Mushrooms. Top With Half Of The Meat Pieces And 1/3 Of The Sauce Mixture. Repeat The Layers. Cover And Cook On Low Setting 8-9 Hours, Or Until Meat Is Tender.
