Post Wild Rice Casserole

1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Long-grained Rice
1/2 Cup Uncooked Wild Rice
1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Tsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
4 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped, About 8 Onions
8 Oz. Sliced Fresh Or Canned Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted

Combine All Ingredients. Pour Into Lightly Greased Slow Cooker. Cover And Cook On High For 2 1/2 Hours, Stirring Occasionally.

This is a new recipe, I have not tried this one yet....the recipe does not state how much it will make, but I am assuming it will feed a family of 4. I apologize for not knowing the 'serving size'..... Thanks!!

That will make more than 4 servings...probably closer to 8 I would guess.

this recipe is AMAZING! we added some cooked chicken to it. it's very easy to make and so yummy.
