I just love this soup...very filling too!
Use at least a 4 quart crockpot...
2 lbs potatoes cut into chunks (peel if you don't like the skins)
2 cans Cream of Mushroom
1 cup finely chopped green onions (I leave this out since my kids are picky)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Place the above ingredients in crockpot for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high
Then, mix in:
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 cup milk
black pepper to taste
Cook for 10 minutes on high

Enjoy!!!!

YUM!!! It's very cool here today, 64 degrees when I took our dog outside!! I think potato soup sounds great. I'm going to make this tonight with grilled cheese sandwiches.

Just put it in the crockpot. I added some crumbled, cooked bacon. Can't wait!

This sounds like it will be perfect this winter!!!! My kids aren't soup fans, but they are huge cheese lovers, so this may go over really well with them!! Add some warm bread on the side.....ooooooh I can't wait.!!
