Happy Crock Pot Bloody Mary Chicken

4-6 bone/skin chicken breasts
1 bottle extra spicy bloody mary mix
1/2 c each celery,onions,and carrots, chopped


Rinse chicken,pat dry with paper towels. Remove any extra fat and put in crock pot.
Pour the Bloody Mary mix over the chicken,add the chopped vegetables. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve w/rice or noodles.

This is wicked good for as simple as it is and you can alot with it........it makes alot of broth..which is fantastic to either thicken and serve w/the chicken...or save for soup(makes for a killer soup!!!!)

You can also beef up the recipe itsself by adding some peeled chopped potatoes with it.

however ya do it this is good!!!

(also my husband likes to even add a little extra horseradish to his for even more kick)
