I make this at our family gatherings. Many are familiar with the dip, but what's different with this one is the cream of celery and cream of potato.

1 pound of pork sausage
1 pound of hamburger
1 can of cream of celery
1 can of cream of potato
1 can of salsa
1 block of velveta cheese.

Cook meats until well done.
Drain fat.
Cut the Velveta Cheese into cubes.
Place cheese cubes into crockpot.
Place meat on top of cheese.
Pour salsa, cream of celery and cream of potato over all.
Cook on low for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Stir every 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
Serve with White Corn Tortilla Chips
