I just made this and although I didn't have any (my evening to work) the kids loved it. I am reheating the leftovers in the crock pot also.

1 1/2 lbs country sytle pork ribs
1 tbls maple syrup
1 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls dried minced onion
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 dash ground black pepper

combine ribs and all ingredients in a slow cooker. cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.

what was great about this is that all the ingrediants ar things you normally have in your cupboard.
opps, forgot to say I got this off allrecipes
