Crock Pot Sausage and Potatoes

Put uncooked potatoes in crockpot.

Mix one can of cream soup with one soup can of water and the sauce mix from the box of potatoes (I use cream of celery or broccoli but my original recipe calls for mushroom). Pour over potatoes.

Top with one pound of fully cooked kielbasa cut into 2 inch pieces.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.

If desired, add rinsed frozen peas and cook on low for an additional 5-10 minutes.

I make something similar to this, but we use real potatoes and add cream of mushroom soup, add the sausage and we also add green beans. and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low all day and serve, may need to add a small amount of water to help keep the sauce creamy. My family loves it!!
