1 1/4 lb chicken
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp pepper
1 jar chicken gravy (i used 2)
2 celery stalks chopped
1 bag frozen veggies
cooked biscuits
place chicken in crockpot. top with onion, bay leaf, pepper, and gravy. top with celery. cover and cook on low 8-10hrs.
about 30 mins before make biscuits.
gently stir in frozen veggies increase setting to high, cover and cook 15 mins until veggies are cooked.
when finished and ready to eat split biscuits in 1/2 and spoon the mix over biscuits and serve.
