2 eggs
1 c sugar
2/3 c oil
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c grated carrots
1/2 c chopped nuts

Beat together the eggs, sugar and oil.
Combine the flour,baking soda, salt, vanilla and cinnamon and add to the sugar mix and beat well.
Stir in the carrots and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured Bread 'n Cake pan. Cover and place in the slow cooker. cover bake on High for 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
