Can you cook a ham in a crock pot? Never have, but am going to garage sales this weekend, and would like to cook a ham. How would you cook it in the crockpot?

I cooked one for easter in the crock pot.

I just added the ham, studded it with cloves and put pineapple slices on the ham ,and took the juice and mix it with about 1/2 C of brown sugar and a spoonful of honey, 1/2 T of punkin spice.

I just cooked it on low and it was done by supper.

If you buy a pre-cooked spiral ham, basicly all you are going to do in the crock pot is heat it up. So in that case it will be done faster.

On this website maybe 3 years back (from a florida mom) I got a recipe to put leftover ham and BBQ sauce in the crockpot. Oh my the family loved it. Now I have done it with leftovers and store purchased Ham lunchmeat. It instantly smells good.
