5 bone/skinless chicken breasts
1 can black beans, drained an rinsed
1 c frozen corn
6 oz can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper,minced
1 (15oz) jar salsa,(whatever heat ya like)
1 (8oz)cream cheese
1-2 Tbs taco seasoning
sour cream
shredded cheese


Add everything BUT cream cheese.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8 hours.
Add cream cheese the last 30 min.

Serve over cooked rice or egg noodles,w/sour cream & shredded cheddar and some tortillas.

Thanks! Our Angelfood order arrives next week. It's supposed to include some boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I'm saving this recipe to use with them.
