I am in the process of finding some recipes for cooked ham since I just came across some in my freezer. This one looks promising. I got it off of allrecipes.com
It says it serves 8, so I will have to do some modifying as I do not need that much.

3 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Place sliced potatoes in slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix together shredded cheese, onion and ham. Mix with potatoes in slow cooker. Using the same bowl, mix together condensed soup and water. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the potato mixture.
Cover, and cook on High for 4 hours.

http://www.mommysavers.com/boards/ga...dex.php?n=1761

This was good and I will most likely make it again in the fall

I did the high on 4 hours, like it said and depending on how you like you potatoes(these were fine w/us)they could come out 15-30 min earlier I suppose)

this also might be a canidate to use w/a liner...although NO disaster by any means....cheese burnt on a few spots.

end result, all said and done...A KEEPER
