Crockpot Steak-umm and Potato Soup

1 12-count package Steak-umms, panfried in bulk until no longer pink, drained of fat, and coarsely chopped

5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

6 parsnips, peeled and sliced

4 cups beef broth (or 4 cups water and one large scoop of Minor’s beef base)

1/4 cup A-1 Steak Sauce

1 small can tomato paste

Cook above ingredients in Crock Pot on High for 5-6 hours, checking parsnips and potatoes for doneness. When both are tender, add:

1 12 oz bag chopped broccoli

1 pint heavy cream

Stir and cook for another 45 min – 1 hour, until broccoli is desired texture
