Here's the instructions I had. Hope it helps.

To make the pockets, start with a 12" x 12" sheet of patterned paper and fold it in half upward so the back side faces out.

With the folded edge facing you, fold both of the top corners down to the middle, making a point. The back half of the page remains unfolded.

Place the folded sheet in the middle of your layout and attach to the page with card stock border stickers. Cover both the top and bottom with a 12-inch sticker to form the pocket .
