OK, the flowers are part of the cardstock, the brads are in the middle of the flowers and the stamped image is the 'happy birthday.'

On a side note, the branches are fuzzy to touch.

Wendy, Mines not a border punch ( I wish I had one too). I have some scalloped edged paper from DCWV that I've cut and used my crop-a-dile to punch holes in all the scallops. Looks the same
