Mrs_teee ~ I always have that problem w/glitter. I usually fold a piece of plain copy paper in half and use my glitter on that. When you're done, just pick up the paper, fold in half, and pour the excess back in the jar.

You can't really tell with the picture but the wings are raised to make them look like flying butterflies.
