What is your favorite embellishment to use on layouts?

I think buttons and ribbons WILL be once I get to going with them, but so far, eyelets I think

The clear-ish ribbon you can get that is like awesome? (I can't describe it very well sorry!) stickles are awesome too thought! Oh ya and brads! ooooooh, and regular ribbon! And buttons! And EVERY OTHER EMBELISHMENT KNOWN TO MAN! (eeeeek... sorry..... I LOVE my embelishments very much...)

I'm so new to scrapbooking, I don't have much experience with embellishments yet. I have used stickers and rub-ons, but I am very interested in ribbons. How do they work? Do you just use your regular adhesive with them?

I think that you're talking about the sheer ribbon Lauren. I use that a lot on my cards. I don't use a whole lot of ribbon on my layouts, but I'm trying to use more. I love my embellishments too.

You can use regular adhesive with ribbon. It depends on the type of ribbon you are using. With sheer you have to make sure to use a clear adhesive so it doesn't show through. I use glue dots for my ribbon when I have them because I can adjust the ribbon better with them.
