End of May beginning of June is good for me because my kids will be out of school and the first couple of weeks we just veg any way.

The more the merrier!!! I really just want to say that for "beginner" scrapbookers.. (if thats what you label yourself) I know it all seems a little overwhelming.. but you MUST just jump in. Get your supplies out and start scrapping. You may feel your 'not as good' or whatever... but seriously.. you get better with time. Let me show you some of my earlier work (that Im horrified by but REFUSE to re-do these pages.. cause they show how far Ive come! LOL)

Here's me chopping up my pictures and just sticking them down! Before I knew what an embellishment was!




My point is... you have to start somewhere!!! So dont be scared! This is a GREAT group of scrappin supportive ladies!!! Jump in! The more the merrier!

During the week seems like it would work better for me too...I never thought we'd have so much going on over the weekend and I missed out on alot! Now I want to go to a LIVE crop...gosh darnit. The end of May sounds good for me...but don't worry about heading to Hobby Lobby this week...they don't have a darned thing worth going after on sale.

Ember....your beginning pages look like mine!! I so regret chopping up my pics like that...but like you, won't redo the pages. I do, however, like the one where you cut off the corners and stuck them down anyway...that's kinda cool.

Those pages dont look like ANYONES lol Those look like my 4 year old did them. Believe me.. everyone that has posted pages here has pages better than THAT. lol

Whoo Hoo! You guys really have me in the mood to SCRAP! In the beginning of June, I'm going to a scrapbooking weekend. This will be a great way to re-vamp before I go. I need to devope more pictures! I am actually running out. Do you believe it?? I have LOTS of stickers, paper, stamps, glue, and IDEAS!! I'm ready to roll!

The funny thing is Ember is that when you did those layouts that was up and coming in the scrapbook world. I remember going into Walmart and buying one of those big kits in the box ( you know everything you need to complete your own scrapbook ) and being so excited because it had all those great die cuts and how cool I was gonna be for doing this. LOL We have come such a long way.
