Sonja with my husband being in the business that he is in there are always smartarse guys making smart arse comments, you know how I get them to shut up and go away? .......... I talk about my PERIOD!! The other day they were all in my way and I wanted them out of my living room so I simply said " Oh I have the worst cramps, this period is really getting to me" Like a flash they all ran! My hubby just looks at me and says " You aint right" and I say "yeah but now they are gone!!!"

Yeah I was raised with four male cousins and I learned real quick how to get rid of a room full of guys! Another one that works every time is start breastfeeding the baby right in the middle of them. I did this once when my hubby and his buddies were taking up the TV watching some game. I plopped down in the middle of them and said I gotta feed the baby and threw a blanket over my shoulder. They ran like they were on fire! Funny thing was I had stopped nursing about two months before that! :happy dance:

Thats an old southern term we use when you do something that you know aint the right thing to do! Such as when you take the last coke in the fridge at someone elses house that would earn you a "You aint right"

That's a common saying around here, too!

However, I think I would prefer working with ALL guys. Have you guys ever tried working in a builing where less than one percent of the employees are men and less than one percent of those men are straight? IT AIN'T RIGHT!!! (Sorry I had to say it )

Isabell is quite the kid! She has been talking since she was 9 months old and just blows me away with the stuff she says and how she says it in the right context. Last night she kept telling me that I was a big girl now and get over it, I couldnt understand what she was saying until my hubby started laughing and said that earlier while I was whining about getting something out of my truck in the dark he told her that mommy was a big girl now and needed to get over it.
