1 16 oz can of peaches in juice, sliced.
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

I cut up peaches into bite size pieces to cover the bottom of pan better. Use 13 x 9 pan, layer peaches with all juice, put dry yellow cake mix over peaches. Melt stick of butter and pour over cake mix. Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until top has browned.
