These cookies are so good and easy to make.

Mexican Wedding Cookies

2 -1/2 cups flour
1-1/4 cups shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup warm water

Mix flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon together. Add shortening. work thoroughly with hands. Add water, small amounts at a time, untill all the flour is used up. Knead several times. Let stand 5 minutes. Roll dough out 1/2" thick. With 2-1/2" scalloped cookie cutter, cut out cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for a few minutes before removing from pan. Roll in cinnamon and sugar.
