I got this in the Sunday paper.

Pineapple Angel Lush Cake
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: None
Refrigeration time: 1 hour
Makes 10 servings
1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie filling
1 can (20 oz) Dole Crushed Pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
1 store bought prepared angel food cake OR 1 package (10 oz) prepared round angel food cake
10 small strawberries
1. Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple w/ juice in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping
2. Cut Cake horizontally into 3 layers
3. place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate. Spread 1 & 1/3 cups pudding mixture onto cake layer; cover with middle cake layer. Spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture onto middle cake layer; top with remaining cake layer. Spread with remaining pudding mixture. Place washed & dried strawberries around the top of the cake on top of the pudding mixture to decorate.
4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
