2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c salted butter,room temp
2 c sugar
4 lg eggs ,separated
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sour cream


Oven 350
Grease/flour or Pam 2 9in rounds

Sift together:
flour
baking soda
baking powder
and salt

Cream together:
butter
saugar
til light and fluffy
add yolks 1 at a time,beating well after each addition.
Beat in vanilla.

Then alternate in dry ingredients and sour cream

Beat egg whites til stiff then fold into batter.

Pour into pans and bake 25-30 minutes.
