1/4 c milk
1 heaping tsp instant coffee granules
1 stick butter,room temp
2 oz german choc,grated
3 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 Tbs water(if necessary)

Heat milk and coffee about 30 sec stir to dissolve,cool
Beat coffee,butter and choc for 30 seconds.add sugar beat 1 min on low,beat another min or so on med til light & fluffy...add Tbs of water if it seems to thick.


note:
to make it plain german choc frosting just leave out coffee.
