I haven't tried this yet, but I found it today and just had to share it! I searched and kept coming up with this same super simple recipe. Could it really be this simple? (I hope someone gives it a try and confirms it, I don't have any cake mix on hand, or I'd make the sacrifice myself! )


Place 4 level tbsp cake mix in a microwave safe cereal bowl, add 2 tbsp water and stir it up. Put 1 tbsp ice cream topping in the center(or drizzle over the top like the original directions) Cook it in the microwave 1 minute. You can also use canned frosting.
