Chocolate Eclair Cake

2 small packages of vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 (8 oz ) cool whip
1 package graham crackers

Make pudding with just 3 cups of milk. Mix cool whip with pudding. Layer in a 9 X 13 inch pan as follows: layer whole graham crackers, then 1/2 cool whip mixture, then graham crackers, then the other 1/2 of cool whip mixture, then top with layer of graham crackers. Frost with chocolate frosting. refridgerate!

this should be a standard in every mommy savers home...yummy...and a time saver..fast easy and deliscious!!!!!!!!!

Don't have alot of company over but we do make big dinners on Sunday after church and I always make a dessert so will have to try this one out soon.

My MIL gave me this recipe when my dh and I were married because it is his favorite. It is absolutely delicious and is quick and easy to make. You need to make it the day before though becuase then the graham crackers get soft. YUM!
