1 egg
2 tablespoons milk.

I love these! They sell cookies like these at Kroger for like $5/dozen. Frost them and add sprinkles and they are like little bites of DELICIOUS cake!

Yum. The basic cake mix cookies, I grew up with...but I will try the variations there!

Here is another one I use at Christmas, everyone loves these cookies and this recipe is yummy and a great time saver! *

Peanut Butter Blossoms

1 yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
½ cup water
1 large egg
1 ¼ cups peanut butter
Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)

Mix in order given (except kisses). *Roll into walnut size balls and place on cookie sheet. *Roll in granulated sugar and/or cross with fork to flatten. *Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes (they won't spread out much). *Remove from oven and press a Hershey Kiss into middle of each cookie. *Let cool until kisses are firm and store in an airtight container. *

This is such a quick and simple cookie! *And so very moist! *You can also put *the balls into a mini muffin pan to bake. *When they come out of oven press a miniature Reese’s cup into each one.
