This is so easy to make and there aren't alot of ingredients. *Perfect cool dessert for the summer! *My family loved it! It comes out looking exactly like the picture.

1 pt. (2 cups) frozen raspberry nonfat yogurt, softened (I used strawberry frozen yogurt)

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Raspberry Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin (I used Strawberry/Banana Gelatin)

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, thawed (I used regular Cool Whip)
*
1 pkg. (10.75 oz.) reduced-fat pound cake, cubed (I used Sara Lee frozen pound cake)

BEAT yogurt and dry gelatin mix in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Add cake cubes; mix lightly. *

SPOON into 8-inch square pan. *

FREEZE 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 12 squares to serve. Store leftover dessert in freezer. *

If you prepare it according to the recipe without substituting like I did, here's the nutrition info:

You may be able to use homemade whipping cream. Here's a recipe for it I found on kraftfoods.com. You can also search for homemade whipping cream recipes on Google.

1 envelope KNOX Unflavored Gelatine

1/4 cup cold water

2 cups whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

REFRIGERATE small mixing bowl at least 15 minutes to chill.

MEANWHILE, sprinkle gelatine over cold water in small saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Cook on low heat 3 minutes or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature.

PLACE whipping cream in chilled bowl. Gradually add gelatine, beating with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Beat on medium speed 5 minutes or until thickened. Add sugar; beat on high speed 5 minutes or until soft peaks form.

This sounds so good--I love frozen cake, too, so that would be yummy! I think I'll try it this weekend and maybe even add in some chopped strawberries as well.
