I made this Friday and it was SUPER YUMMY and ULTRA EASY!

1 1/2 rows of Oreos cookies, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
large tub cool whip
hot fudge

In a 9x13 cake pan, combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press to make the crust. Carefully spread the ice cream over the top and top with as much cool whip as you like (I used about 3/4 of the tub). Freeze until ready to serve. When you serve it, top with some hot fudge. YUM!

This is also really good with vanilla ice cream and strawberries (like you'd use for shortcake). I bet you could be rather creative with the ice cream and toppings that you'd like to use and still have it turn out great!
